Welcome to Style. Book. Repeat. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Clients: You may browse stylist profiles, book appointments, and message stylists. You agree to provide accurate information and honor scheduled bookings.

  • Stylists: You may create a profile, list services, manage availability, and receive payments. You are solely responsible for:

    • Maintaining valid professional licenses and insurance.
    • The quality and safety of services provided.
    • Complying with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Payments and Fees

  • Payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party provider. You agree to comply with Stripe’s Terms of Service.
  • We may charge platform fees on payments processed through Stripe. These fees will be disclosed at checkout.
  • Stylists may accept in-person payments outside of the Platform. We are not responsible for disputes involving off-platform payments.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform, including profile photos, reviews, and portfolio images. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display your content to operate and promote the Platform.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our policies.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Post or transmit false, misleading, or harmful content.
  • Violate intellectual property rights.
  • Circumvent platform fees.
  • Harass or harm other users.
  • Use automated systems to scrape or interfere with the Platform.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that services will meet your expectations. We are not responsible for the conduct of users or the quality of services rendered by stylists.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Style. Book. Repeat. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of income, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms or engaging in harmful behavior. You may also delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., via email or a notification on the Platform). Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your agreement.
